Friendly and cheerful qualified staff
The majority of staff at Holywell Park hold a minimum of NVQ level 2 and 3.
Our care assistants and other staff are chosen for their reliability, integrity and skill, as well as their friendliness, professionalism and their ability to understand the needs of the elderly.
All staff are carefully screened, and references are checked thoroughly.
Visiting health professionals
Our residential home is regularly visited by a chiropodist, optician, physiotherapist and dentist.
In home medical care is provided by our local GPs and district nurses.
Other available services include hairdressing, massage, aromatherapy and reflexology.
We are also frequently visited by the local clergy who take communion, and are available for any spiritual needs.
